As a Data Operations Associate in Complex Product, you play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to uncover patterns and drive solutions. You apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills across multiple applications, supporting the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards. You enable Operations Management to execute strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with controls, policies, and procedures. In this role, you collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver insights that inform decision making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect information, insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions
- Evaluate information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes
- Validate hypotheses, mitigate risks, and optimize solutions
- Support the development of predictive models and data insights
- Build graphical visualizations and decision-support dashboards using business intelligence tools and intelligent automation
- Gather and collaborate on functional requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical and data requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Five years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experience
- Proficient Python developer with strong understanding of data structures, control flow, functions, and file handling
- Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and support the development of accurate conclusions
- Experience building graphical visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools
- Experience using at least one data technology tool and understanding relational database systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
