As an Associate in Business Management within our Finance & Business Management team, you will partner with colleagues to manage financial operations, workforce planning and strategic initiatives. You will help us deliver accurate financial reporting, support key business decisions, and drive process improvements. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders to deliver results and support our team’s success. Job responsibilities

  • Manage all financial matters for the technology team, including annual budget planning, financial reporting, workforce management, location strategy and project and resource planning.
  • Partner with Finance Management to track forecasts and actuals, analyze variances and communicate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Investigate expense allocations and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand status and drive next steps.
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to simplify and improve business processes.
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports and dashboards.
  • Manage projects and deliver key work streams and tasks.
  • Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
  • Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables, including action plans within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Experience in a Business Management, CAO or COO role, including managing annual budgeting, resource planning and hiring plan implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a continuous focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reports for various stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with MS PowerPoint and reporting tools, such as Cognos.
