- Champion operational efficiency by supporting training, needs assessments, process maturation, and the adoption of best practices and industry standards.
- Work closely with Product Management, Technology, Design, Data and Analytics and other stakeholders to define product requirements, roadmaps, and communications plans for change initiatives.
- Establish planning processes and roadmaps that align delivery with organizational goals, market demands, and portfolio and Lines of Business objectives.
- Track and communicate product delivery and operational metrics, ensuring transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Identify and assess risks throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with Product and Line of Defense partners to proactively resolve issues to maintain delivery momentum.
- Promote innovation, collaboration, and high performance within product delivery teams.
- 10+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or technology domains
- Proven track record of delivering complex products or platforms in a large organization.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and other product development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to shape outcome.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile practices and the software development lifecycle, and a proven track record of delivering complex products in a fast-paced environment.
