The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is pivotal in advancing the firm's data and analytics capabilities, ensuring strong adherence to data & AI risk and control while enabling the data & analytics strategy for superior decision-making and business outcomes. By leveraging data and AI/ML, the CDAO develops innovative solutions to support commercial goals, enhance productivity, and manage risks. The Asia Pacific CDAO advances the firm’s data and analytics strategy, platforms, solutions, capabilities, and governance to deliver trustworthy, responsible, innovative, and commercially valuable outcomes across APAC markets and businesses.

As an Associate for AI Products within the Chief Data & Analytics Office for APAC, you will help support the development, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered products that drive business value across the firm’s business lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to product roadmaps, and help ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, regulated environment, supporting AI initiatives and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of the regional strategy and roadmap for Analytics and AI products, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Support the development, launch, and lifecycle management of Analytics and AI products, including Gen AI and agentic AI offerings.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to help drive AI adoption and product alignment.
  • Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities into new and existing products, leveraging modern AI toolkits.
  • Support prompt engineering and workflow design for secure, scalable AI interactions.
  • Help ensure platforms meet data sovereignty, localization, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in developing self-service analytics tools, dashboards, and APIs for business users and data scientists.
  • Work with compliance and risk teams to help ensure regulatory requirements for data privacy and protection are met.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Track product performance and assist with recommendations for enhancements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting product, project, or technology delivery, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience assisting with AI-powered product development or adoption in large organizations.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in APAC.
  • Experience working with or supporting globally distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements for data and AI products.
