As a strategic thinker in Transform operations, you will transform operations by owning complex problem areas across custody, fund services, settlements, or corporate actions; remove friction, redesign end-to-end workflows, and deliver sustained efficiency and control gains.
Job responsibilities
- Transform operations by owning complex problem areas across custody, fund services, settlements, or corporate actions; remove friction, redesign end-to-end workflows, and deliver sustained efficiency and control gains.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and operations shadowing to discover needs; produce precise as-is/to-be BPMN 2.0 models, clear problem statements, BRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze exceptions, break rates, STP, cycle times, SLA misses, and cost-to-serve to qualify and prioritize opportunities; size benefits, define KPIs/OKRs, and maintain a value-ranked backlog.
- Distill requirements by translating needs into well-formed epics and user stories with testable outcomes; partner with Technology to ensure right-sized, incremental delivery.
- Drive GenAI and agentic automations; define guardrails and success metrics, and progress POCs to scaled adoption.
- Ensure adoption by driving cross-team rollout of new tools and processes and supporting change management, including testing.
- Coach Associates and curate reusable BPMN patterns, templates, and best practices to elevate the function.
- Reduce cycle times, exceptions, break and fail rates; increase STP and SLA adherence.
- Produce audit-ready, version-controlled BPMN diagrams and requirements to accelerate delivery.
- Achieve high adoption of new processes and tooling, and maintain high UAT pass rates.
- Maintain a prioritized, data-backed backlog and deliver consistent business value, providing transparent value realization data versus business case.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Challenge assumptions with relentless curiosity and pursue results with tenacity.
- Strong stakeholder leadership—interviews, workshops, and synthesis into problem statements and actionable, testable requirements.
- Analytical—quantify value and define KPIs/OKRs; use data transformation tools to diagnose impact.
- BPMN 2.0 proficiency; familiarity with Signavio or Camunda.
- Understanding of GenAI and agentic concepts and how they can improve operational process flows.
- Crisp writing, concise storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bias for action; able to own workstreams end-to-end.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 5+ years in business analysis or development.
- Experience with automation, process mining, or digital platforms (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Agile tooling and ways of working (Jira, Confluence); BPM credentials.
