We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our team, supporting the development of AI processes within the Trusts & Estates Practice. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Data Owners, Technology and Front Office teams to drive product development, ensure quality delivery, and support user adoption.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Data Owners to develop, refine, and prioritize requirements based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
  • Assist in developing JIRA stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to facilitate effective product development and delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Technology team to monitor progress on product enhancements, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support feature testing by creating detailed test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from front office issuers to identify opportunities for product improvement and increased user satisfaction.
  • Assist in providing training and support to front-end users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of product features.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data science, product management, business analysis, or related roles (preferably in technology or financial services)
  • Experience in Agile Methodology - Ability to write user stories representing business requirements, and test new products or product enhancements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across businesses lines and key support functions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Drive data reporting to Senior Management (recurring and ad-hoc)
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, client and team focused
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
