As an Executive Director in the Private Bank Card Product team, you will focus on driving growth and delivering on our product vision for our Private Bank customer segment and the J.P. Morgan Reserve card portfolio. This role will be responsible for overseeing our card product marketing, communications, and client acquisition/distribution strategies, working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, including Brand, Travel, and Wealth Management teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and client touchpoints, maintaining the highest standards of exclusivity and sophistication.
- Collaborate with Private Bank, Wealth Management and Card teams to align brand messaging with broader JPMorgan values and client experience.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting ultra-high net worth individuals, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
- Oversee creative direction, content development, and digital strategy to maximize brand impact and client engagement.
- Design and implement targeted acquisition programs, including invitation protocols, referral strategies, and partnership activations.
- Partner with Private Bank, Wealth Management and Card teams to ensure seamless onboarding and personalized client journeys.
- Champion a differentiated client experience, integrating exclusive benefits, events, and personalized communications.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of brand, marketing, and acquisition professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Communicate consistently and effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership in executive forums to articulate the strategic vision, growth roadmap and learnings, results & performance
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of proven product marketing, acquisition, and leadership experience; with a particular focus in credit cards, financial services, and/or Private Bank-oriented products
- Strong understanding of the Private Bank client profile and relevant client journeys in order to define relevant marketing, communications, and acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain profitable businesses in a highly competitive environment through marketing and growth strategies
- Exceptional leadership acumen to build great teams and attract top talent
- Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, while ensuring focus on detail and execution
- Experience bringing to life new and innovative ways to approach marketing creative, broader channel strategy, and working models, with channel experience across email, digital, and sales/client management-assisted
- Proven leadership and influencing skills and ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelors degree required
