Within HR’s Talent & Employee Experience organization, the Technology, Data & Product (TDP) Segment delivers key strategic initiatives for both aligned employees and employees firmwide. We develop and implement strategizes to support employees in the rapidly evolving functions across Global Technology, firmwide teams in Data & AI, and Product Management talent across the firm. This role will primarily be aligned to Data & AI in aiding delivery on key initiatives like those for firmwide AI Upskilling and End-to-End Data & AI Talent Reimagination.

As a Technical Project Manager within the Technology, Data & Product (TDP) Segment, you will be working with HR & TDP Leadership, Data & AI leaders, and Strategy & Transformation leads to deliver on high profile initiatives and programs to enable workstreams to successfully launch their deliverables. This role will support workstreams and overall programs via Risk, Issue, Action, & Dependency management, build proactive roadmaps, contribute to construction of C-Suite briefing/update materials, and Operating Committee status materials. This individual would also drive workstream level Go-To-Market and Evaluation & Measurement strategies to reach our employees. This role will intersect with leaders from across Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), firmwide Line of Business (LOB) partners, Corporate Strategy, and all HR functions. High AI Fluency is key component for this role from both a domain expertise and applying AI solutions to delivery of these programs. The successful candidate should embody an AI-first mindset and is collaborative, data driven and able to build strong relationships. They should have the ability to translating/synthesizing messages for multiple layers of stakeholders across the breadth of the firm’s LOBs, marketing & communications.

Job responsibilities

  • Independently manage the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned Data & AI Talent Strategy and AI Upskilling projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Track and report project status, risks, issues, and outcomes to the relevant Program Manager and Data & AI Executive, escalating concerns as needed. Contribute to documented leadership updates from team routines to OC Sponsor updates
  • Proactively identify and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) for assigned projects, supporting timely resolution and transparency.
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and templates, and contribute to best practice sharing across the team using AI-enabled tools/solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, CDAO, LOBs) and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of project milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and follow up on action items
  • Support change management activities and assist in developing communications and marketing materials to drive awareness and engagement for assigned initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking key metrics and outcomes for assigned projects, supporting continuous improvement and alignment with business goals
  • Help maintain inventories of existing initiatives and support gap analysis to identify overlaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • GenAI tools (e.g. LLM Suite) and other firm approved AI tools to support personal, workstream, and program workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical skills to track project metrics, financials, and identify risks/issues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to proactively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Collaborative mindset; able to work across teams and with external partners.
  • Proficiency in standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High learning agility on advances in technology and AI

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Go-To-Market / Digital Strategies is a plus.
