Our team executes various Programs that design operating models, provide solutions to optimize business flows, bring efficiencies and keep our platform compliant with regulations applicable to our legal entities and branches.

Job Summary:

As an Analyst on the Tax Operations team you will get the opportunity to build an analytical and data oriented mindset. You will have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and support program and project-based initiatives. In this role, you will focus on maintaining project hygiene and preparing high-quality presentations for project updates, stakeholder communications, and management reporting. You will play a key part in tracking project milestones, ensuring deliverables are met, defining testing strategy and participating in testing execution.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support project management activities, ensuring project documentation, timelines, and deliverables are maintained to a high standard (“project hygiene”)
  • Prepare, design, and update PowerPoint presentations for project meetings, status updates, and senior management reviews
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, risks, and issues, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support project execution
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and management
  • Help coordinate testing and implementation of new processes or system enhancements
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to assignments, working independently and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or project support (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create clear, professional presentations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across functions
  • Self-starter with a high level of integrity and ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Technically oriented mindset is a plus
  • French and Italian language skills are a plus

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or project support (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
