As a Vice President in CTPO EMEA Operations, you will lead and support the regional team, ensuring effective supplier oversight and compliance with firmwide standards. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and fostering a collaborative environment. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards in client service, quality, and regulatory compliance. Together, we will build trusted partnerships and deliver solutions that support the firm’s strategic goals.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead preparation and production of reporting documentation and execution of post-Forum activities.
  • Oversee supplier risk reporting, governance documentation maintenance, and tracking.
  • Manage incoming stakeholder queries with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Direct requirements for outsourcing engagements in line with regulatory guidelines and firmwide standards.
  • Monitor and report process performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic oversight for outsourced services, including performance monitoring and issue management.
  • Lead risk mitigation and control remediation programs related to Supplier Governance and Oversight.
  • Foster a collaborative approach within the oversight model, supporting key stakeholders and enhancing partnerships.
  • Ensure effective communication and negotiation with internal and external partners, proactively addressing issues.
  • Manage a daily pipeline of new onboarding engagements within established SLAs.
  • Champion process automation and workflow optimization, leveraging tools such as Alteryx and UiPath.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations, supplier governance, oversight and control, or related roles within financial services or similar industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvements, critical thinking, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with business partners independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; practical knowledge of automation solutions and workflow tools (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath).
  • Proven ability to deliver results both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience managing performance metrics, reporting, and documentation in a regulated environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, ownership of issues, and determination to drive solutions.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive environment, enhancing stakeholder relationships.
