Join a high-impact team at the heart of markets operations. In EMEA Broker Dealer Asset Servicing, you’ll build deep product knowledge across Prime and Equities while partnering closely with trading, middle office, finance, and global hubs to deliver benchmark outcomes for clients.

As a Markets Asset Servicing Income Manager- Vice President within the Broker Dealer Asset Servicing team, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end corporate actions across multiple EMEA markets and the daily cash equity trade lifecycle—processing, confirming, settlement, reconciliation, and control—across international locations. You will manage the collection and payment of global income across all securities for the firm and its Prime Brokerage clients, and support proxy voting and taxation events.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end notification and processing of all corporate action events throughout the EMEA region.
  • Investigate and resolve breaks related to corporate actions.
  • Liaise with internal and external counterparties to resolve issues.
  • Assist team members during peak work periods.
  • Ensure discretionary corporate instructions are sent to custodians on time.
  • Supervise and contribute to project work that improves efficiency and reduces risk.
  • Process dividends, coupons, and manufactured income across diverse markets.
  • Produce daily management reporting and perform daily reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues and enquiries.
  • Identify, escalate, and review breaks for potential risks; address system issues.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management, Technology, Middle Offices, Finance, Product Control, OCM, Audit, Front Office, and Clients to manage risk and deliver excellent global service.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience managing a large Asset Servicing team.
  • Strong knowledge of the end‑to‑end transaction/trade lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success leading large‑scale projects within financial services (scope, governance, delivery, outcomes).
  • Clear evidence of risk awareness and operational control in a financial services environment (identification, mitigation, testing, reporting).
  • High adaptability with the ability to learn complex processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Track record of process improvement, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts, and procedural changes to colleagues and clients.
  • Strong reconciliation and problem‑solving skills, supported by concrete examples.
  • Consistent accuracy and attention to detail under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels and support senior management.
  • Flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
