As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Claims, Disputes and Fraud Operations Product Analytics team, you lead an analytics portfolio that informs product strategy and execution. You partner with finance, customer experience, design, software engineering, and product teams to translate goals into measurable outcomes. Together, we use data to improve customer journeys and operational performance.
Job responsibilities
- Build holistic insights by integrating customer, account, digital, financial, and operational data to guide strategic decisions
- Develop robust business cases, size addressable populations, and estimate the impact of proposed measurement plans
- Analyze trends and patterns using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx to generate actionable insights
- Identify and map customer interactions across channels to understand journeys and eliminate friction
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, and business partners to deliver impactful analytics solutions
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate initiative effectiveness and inform ongoing strategy
- Create and deliver executive-ready presentations that translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
- 10+ years building statistical and machine learning models that integrate multiple data inputs in marketing, customer journey, operations, or finance
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data analysis, and segmentation techniques
- Proficient with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
- Self-sufficient in SQL querying and data extraction from enterprise databases and data lakes, including Snowflake and AWS Athena
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, executive-ready presentations and synthesize complex information
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience developing financial business cases
- Operational knowledge of consumer and community banking operations
- Familiarity with AWS technologies
- Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or Economics
