Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Cash Operations Transformation, you will be trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

  • Define and document business requirements for new product development.
  • Articulate process flows, including customer interactions and operations intervention.
  • Address functional and non-functional requirements, covering product features, operational needs, regulatory compliance, and scalability.
  • Perform impact and gap analysis for business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology partners to define future state.
  • Work with the UAT team to ensure thorough testing.
  • Track initiative progress, identify potential issues, and collaborate with partners for resolution.
  • Drive operations readiness for new product rollouts.
  • Conduct defect analysis, prioritize issues, and explore alternative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and boost efficiencies.
  • Support change management activities and monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Seasoned experience in Banking and Business Analysis
  • Strong understanding of Payments and Operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at multi-tasking and balancing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical thought process
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated performance in product management or relevant domain area.
  • Skilled in executing operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Experienced in product deployment processes.
