Job Summary:
As a Client Onboarding Analyst in Wealth Management Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and account setup process for clients. You will collect and vet client information, review eligibility for products, and open and maintain accounts. In this role, you will partner with front office banking and operations teams to capture client preferences and configure products. Together, we strive to deliver seamless service and exceed client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on required documents, information, and processes to onboard client accounts and manage account post-opening.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, client-facing teams, and internal groups to review legal documents and associated information to meet regulatory and internal policies.
  • Review data integrity for client due diligence, coordinating participation of stakeholders with account opening responsibilities.
  • Serve as a control point for account opening and maintenance, reporting issues for designated clients.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting team productivity goals.
  • Support seamless account and product setup, ensuring timely availability for client use.
  • Collaborate with operations and front office teams to capture client preferences and configure products.
  • Ensure adherence to service level commitments, process controls, and escalation policies.
  • Proactively identify issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality performance and accuracy to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Assume ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Three years of experience within financial services, operations, or compliance fields.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new or unfamiliar subject matter quickly.
  • Strong client focus and ability to partner with internal groups and client coverage.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with adaptability in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet fixed deadlines.
  • Experience working on transformation projects, including tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in making presentations, developing scorecards, and presenting data to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong change mindset and ability to challenge the status quo.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Science, or military experience is preferred, but candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
