Job Summary :
As an Associate in the Asset Servicing – Fund Services Corporate Actions team, you will oversee the full lifecycle of corporate action and income products. You will manage daily workflow, ensure compliance with risk and control standards, and lead a high-performing team. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end processing and validation of income and mandatory corporate actions.
- Investigate and resolve income exceptions within scheduled timelines.
- Manage daily workflow and operational controls within the Asset Services team.
- Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and training.
- Ensure completion and sign-off of all daily controls and client service enquiries.
- Escalate operational and risk issues promptly to relevant leads.
- Communicate strategic and regulatory changes to the team.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures regularly.
- Act as focal point during issue planning or crisis situations.
- Maintain and test Business Continuity and Concentration plans.
- Represent Asset Servicing in internal and external client interactions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hold a B Com, CA, or MBA with 7+ years of asset servicing or investment domain experience.
- Demonstrate strong team management skills in a daily operations environment.
- Exhibit subject matter expertise in reconciliation, settlements, and trade support.
- Apply deep knowledge of asset servicing, risk, control, and custody.
- Lead and motivate managers with effective people management skills.
- Prioritize workloads and meet critical deadlines with strong risk awareness.
- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
