The Firmwide Control Management mission is to solidify an effective control framework within and across the lines of business by identifying and remediating control issues with a sense of urgency, regardless of the source. The Firmwide Control Management team will work collaboratively with other control disciplines and will oversee existing control functions as well as the development of new control functions and protocols. This process will enable the firm to engage the appropriate teams in a timely manner and provide the ability to quickly remediate critical control issues across all the impacted areas of the firm.

Job Summary


As an Associate, within the Controls Room, you will play a critical component of the Firmwide Control Management organization, functions as a controls reporting and analytics utility for the Firm. Its mission is to provide meaningful management information that will facilitate decision making.
The Data Visualization/Automation team is an integral part of the Controls

Management group and is dedicated to developing and delivering standardized Firmwide Operational Risk reporting dashboards with an emphasis on speed, efficiency, and precision. Our mission is to furnish insightful management information that empowers informed decision-making, strengthens control oversight, and enhances operational efficiency through consistent and standardized reporting dashboards.

Job responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
• Create and customize forms and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Designer, and InfoPath.
• Develop custom web parts, pages, and solutions using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, workflows, and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for developed solutions, processes, and configurations.
• Ensure SharePoint solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and usability.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 + years of Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer (SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises).
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for building forms and workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath for legacy form and workflow development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom SharePoint development.
• Familiarity with SharePoint REST API and client-side object model (CSOM).
• Ability to create and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and site templates.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integration and administration.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience with migration tools and processes for SharePoint.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security in SharePoint environments.
