As the Associate Program Manager (APM) on the Global Real Estate Team, you will proactively assist the Regional Real Estate Manager and Program Manager with sub-regional project activity, including assisting in the development of real estate strategies, execution of tactical Corporate Real Estate plans for movement of the portfolio, and serving as the single point of contact for each Line of Business (LOB) on project/move related activity. The Associate Program Manager requires strong customer and vendor relationship management, financial acumen, creative problem solving and analytical skills including data analysis and executive reporting, as well as excellent communication at all levels of management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support real estate strategy and end-to-end project execution in the Tri-State sub region; reporting to Regional Real Estate Manager and supporting Program Manager
- Gather and document LOB requirements, perform strategic analysis on real estate projects, and ensure all projects stay on time and on budget
- Triage LOB real estate requests and route to appropriate GRE stakeholders
- Coordinate status communications across GRE functional and project teams; align Technology, Facilities, and internal resources
- Ensure all seat-supply–impacting work is captured in GRE systems of record upon project completion
- Serve as the GRE single point of contact for all sub-region moves; develop and execute tactical move plans in partnership with move coordinators and other functional teams
- Manage move communications and collaborate with Technology and LOB to produce move matrices for projects
- Oversee pre/post-move HC projections, occupancy allocations, space assignments, and promote efficient space utilization and behaviors
- Maintain data integrity in the space management system and ensure project updates reflect accurately; provide Day 1/Day 2 move support
- Drive sub-region space/seat strategy, monitor and report occupancy/vacancy, manage project data/metrics, identify consolidation/utilization opportunities, keep B360 allocations current, and conduct floor walks for validation
Required, Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience
- Strong financial/analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of space management and the real estate lifecycle
- Knowledge of real estate, property metrics, and occupancy standards
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels of management including development of senior level presentations
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ability to creatively solve tactical issues and work against short timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent organizational, strategic planning, and technical skills
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Brokerage or investment experience
