As an Analytics Solutions Associate Senior in the Data Enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in driving user empowerment, education, and change management across the organization. You will be responsible for facilitating communication, delivering training, advocating for user experience, and supporting the adoption of Data Insights & Analytic Solutions (DIAS). You will be a proactive team player, passionate about data, user experience, and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Moderate and support the Data Insights & Analytic Solutions (DIAS)
- Host a forum for end (power) users, including bi-weekly discussions with guest speakers.
- Manage and moderate the Teams channel, ensuring questions are answered accurately and promptly.
- Serve as a central point of contact for production issues and new solution communications.
- Maintain and update the website, including training materials, release notes, and resource links.
- Develop and deliver micro training videos and maintain documentation for dashboards and new tools.
- Communicate release notes in clear, layman’s terms for Data Insights & Analytic Solutions (DIAS) -supported information.
- Lead and analyze user surveys, advocating for the power user community during upstream changes.
- Participate in user acceptance and functionality testing of new dashboards and platforms to ensure usability and intuitive user experiences.
- Partner with Data Innovation, U/X Design, Data Product, and Operational Reporting teams to provide feedback, suggest new features, and assess impacts of production outages.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced, showcase expertise equivalent to 3+ years of experience.
- Relevant experience in a relevant field or a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Highly motivated team player with excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – ability to articulate clearly, logically, and succinctly
- Exceptional skills to effectively deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Passion for data enablement, user experience, and continuous learning
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Proficiency in querying enterprise databases (using SQL)
- Proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx
- Strong analytical skills
- Short Hand
