Job Summary:
As a Product Manager within our Small Business Credit Card portfolio, you will lead Lend & Spend growth strategy. This role will focus on designing and delivering innovative capabilities that unlock incremental customer spend, and drive lending growth while balancing credit risk and regulatory requirements.
In this role you will blend analytical rigor and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable growth through test-and-learn experimentation and scalable product enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute strategies that drive incremental lend and spend growth across small business segments.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, utilization, and category penetration.
- Translate customer insights and portfolio data into actionable product initiatives.
- Lead development of capabilities such as spend flexibility, contextual prompts, incentives, and real-time messaging and decisioning.
- Partner with product, architecture, and technology to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
- Design experiments that balance growth and loss tolerance in partnership with credit risk.
- Develop guardrails for exposure, utilization, and customer-level risk.
- Drive alignment with Marketing, Finance, Controls, and Data and Analytics from ideation through launch.
- Build and prioritize a structured experimentation roadmap with clear success metrics.
- Develop measurement frameworks including control groups, lift analysis, and long-term impact tracking.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience working with credit card products.
- Experience building and executing A/B tests or pilot programs at scale.
- Ability to translate analytics into business narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record of influencing across matrixed organizations.
- Experience working with real-time decisioning systems.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 8+ years in product management in credit cards, lending, or payments.
- Strong understanding of credit lifecycle, utilization dynamics, and risk controls.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting card products.
