As a Centralized Research Group (CRG) Analyst in Buenos Aires, you will play a key role in supporting J.P. Morgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank. You will partner with our Latin America teams by preparing pitch books, financial analyses, marketing materials, and other relevant documents to support bankers in their client engagement, ideation and execution of activities. You will leverage the firm’s resources to deliver customized financial solutions and contribute to the success of our clients and the bank.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support corporate bankers in client coverage across products such as Debt Capital Markets, Credit, Cash Management, Trade, and Market solutions .
  • Prepare company profiles, public information brochures, benchmarking analyses, pricing updates, earning summaries, treasury pitching materials, credit and competitor analyses
  • Analyze financial statements and conduct financial metric benchmarking
  • Prepare internal approval documents, including credit memos and balance sheet committee models
  • Source and interpret company and industry information from diverse data sources, including company reports, online databases, and proprietary content
  • Develop industry views and track developments, opportunities, and new client prospects
  • Apply industry and geographic market fundamentals to global clients, including economic and market conditions, competitive landscape, risks, and trends
  • Track clients, emerging sectors, and product themes to pitch new ideas
  • Prepare marketing materials and support documents for client meetings and live transactions
  • Collaborate with Global Corporate Bank teams to deliver high-quality output
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with an excellent academic record and a strong interest in finance
  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output under pressure
  • Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Team player with integrity, able to work across geographies
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Awareness of banking solutions and services
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting investment banking or corporate banking teams
  • Experience in financial analysis and financial modeling using MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with industry and company research tools
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements
  • Experience working in multinational organizations
  • Commitment to accuracy and compliance
