As a Market and Product Expansion Associate in the Market and Product Expansion team, you will develop value proposition and go-to-market action plans from both technical and business standpoint, including product specifications, pricing and service level commitments.
You will act as entrepreneur designing, planning and implementing the different solutions and engaging different teams across the organization such as Technology, Finance, Compliance, Operations; anticipating the impact of internal and external factors of the business and implementing plans to mitigate risks and capitalize opportunities; identifying areas for business growth, assess required technical gaps and required investments; identifying cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with sales and participate in client meetings as subject matter expert.
Job Responsibilities

Develop value proposition and go-to-market action plans from both technical and business standpoint, including product specifications, pricing and service level commitments.

Design, define and document product requirements for core banking, payments and collections.

Develop business cases for new products or enhancements including the analysis of potential partner relationships; prioritize product enhancements by working with various stakeholder groups, including direct customer feedback; and maintain and communicate release schedules.
Manage the commercialization of the product through product launch and work with cross-functional teams to achieve overall product success.
Actively participate in UAT activities. Develop and present metrics and status reports of activities through continuous business monitoring.
As new processes and products are implemented, the position is responsible for creating marketing material and training partner areas such as Sales and Client Service.
Consistently analyze customer usage of the products, working within the marketing department and sales team to increase its use and with the information technology group to improve its user-friendliness.

Provide support and liaise with Operations and IT organization when delays threaten timely delivery of results.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and/or Skills
3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting in Banking, Fintech or Tech related companies.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Science
Excellent knowledge of Onshore Cash Management is mandatory.
Knowledge of Off shore Cash Management is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be distinctive in analytical/ problem solving abilities plus the following skills:
Strong project management discipline.
Strong Client Management and executive communication skills.
Ability to coordinate the work of others, work to tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent activities.
