We are seeking an Associate - Project Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives spanning new product delivery, regulatory change, and Finance/Risk data transformation. You will partner closely with Technology, Finance, Risk, and regional stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute complex deliverables across evolving architectures and tight timelines. The position may support LATAM and Canada locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Program / initiative management: Manage multiple concurrent initiatives (e.g., new products, regulatory changes, Finance & Risk data transformation) from intake through delivery, ensuring scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes are clearly defined.
  • Planning & governance: Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, stakeholder maps, and governance routines; coordinate meeting cadence, agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Stakeholder management: Drive alignment across Technology, Finance, Risk, and business partners; communicate progress, risks, decisions needed, and trade-offs to stakeholders at different seniority levels.
  • Technology partnership: Work closely with technology teams to translate business/regulatory needs into executable delivery plans, coordinate across teams, and manage dependencies across platforms, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Prioritization support: Support prioritization and sequencing with the regional Regulatory Product Owner, ensuring deliverables align with regulatory timelines and business value.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years project management experience/delivery within Finance, Risk, Regulatory, or Data/Technology transformation domains.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and governance skills (workplans, milestones, RAID, status reporting).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Risk, and various levels of seniority.
  • Flexible, proactive mindset with ability to deliver under tight deadlines and in an evolving technology/infrastructure environment.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency.
  • Understanding of financial products (e.g., lending, deposits, markets products) and/or bank regulatory frameworks.
  • Exposure to data transformation efforts (data quality, lineage, reporting, reconciliation, controls) and technology delivery practices.
