As Technical Project Manager, supporting the Global Head of Data Planforms and Artificial Intelligence (DP&AI), you will participate in multi-functional technology projects and programs that impact experiences for clients, employees, and stakeholders across the firm. Your analytical reasoning and adaptability will enable you to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into actionable tasks, navigate ambiguity, and drive transformative change. You will partner with the Chief of Staff to manage resources allocation, budgets, and the Global Book of Work aligned with the firm’s strategic goals. Your exceptional communication and influencing skills will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid the development and implementation of strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration
- Support the Global Head of DP&AI in developing, communicating, and executing strategic plans and priorities. Track progress against key initiatives and ensure timely delivery of objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource to project allocations, project tracking, and process improvement. Identify and address operational bottlenecks to enhance team efficiency
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for senior leadership meetings. Facilitate decision-making by providing relevant data, insights, and recommendations.
- When appropriate, act as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items
- Lead or support (as applicable) key projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices within the technology organization
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Organize team communications, events, and recognition programs
- Support change management efforts related to technology transformation, process enhancements, and organizational restructuring
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2-5 years of experience among either Strategy, COO, Chief of Staff, Program Management ideally within financial services or technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
- AI skills (e.g. aptitude to be using LLm suite, ms copilot or latest AI BI tools such as Genie or Sigma).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize key tasks effectively
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior management, cross-organization entities
- Experience balancing multiple stakeholders
- Good judgment, maturity, and poise; energetic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; highly adaptable and flexible
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to develop executive-level presentations (advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint)
