Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage stakeholder communications, set and manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues, maintaining a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Oversee project documentation, process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Foster a positive team environment, mentor junior staff, and promote collaboration across functions.

Drive project delivery, monitor milestones, and adapt plans to meet changing priorities and urgent needs.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and results orientation.
- Advanced English. Portuguese is a plus.
