Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic leader to join the High Net Worth (HNW) Card Product team, focusing on driving global growth and delivering on our product vision for our HNW customer segment. As a Vice President, Card Product Strategy Lead, you will define and execute the card product strategy for HNW customers globally. This role owns end-to-end strategy across market prioritization, product/feature innovation, and a differentiated servicing model. You will work in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Corporate Development, Risk, Operations, Wealth Management and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development of our product line strategy for HNW card products through industry awareness and competitive insights, market research studies, customer segmentation and behavior analysis across domestic and international markets
  • Collaborate on expansion initiatives including market assessments.
  • Understand P&L and economics of products to inform benefits, features, and pricing
  • Analyze banker and customer feedback and consumer behavior dynamics that will drive product decisions and prioritization
  • Lead cross functional working teams in order to deliver on our product roadmap, including value proposition, pricing, and business case development
  • Develop materials for Business Reviews with executive leadership and other forums by crafting a comprehensive story of the High Net Worth Card Product strategy

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years of financial services product management, product strategy, or consulting experience. Credit card or payments industry experience is a plus
  • Exposure to global expansion efforts and product strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop fact driven and financially sound business plans
  • Proactive, strategic, and results driven with the ability to manage and clearly communicate complex initiatives to define value propositions and mobilize large go-to-market teams
  • Excel at synthesizing information into written and verbal communications for senior level audiences
  • Proven ability to lead and influence large teams of cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and drive business results while demonstrating strong collaboration, relationship and project management skills
  • BA degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
  • Customer-obsessed, with experience translating customer insights, P&L dynamics, and data analysis into product strategies
  • Experience working with High Net Worth clients and/or in luxury goods & services
  • Experience managing international stakeholder relationships and navigating cross-cultural business environments.
