As a Fund Accounting Manager II (AVP) within the fund accounting trade team, you will oversee daily operations of the fund accounting trade team, ensuring accurate and timely trade processing.
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the fund accounting trade team, ensuring accurate and timely trade processing
- Perform trade validation and reconciliation for non-ETD products.
- Achieve team targets and monitor performance
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
- Resolve trade processing issues or discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with departments such as OSD and NAV VAL for seamless end-to-end trade processing
- Improve processes and procedures to boost efficiency and reduce risk
- Prepare and present regular team performance reports to senior management
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in fund accounting trade processing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fund accounting trade processing, Middle office or fund accounting NAV
- Strong knowledge of trade processing systems, such as Bloomberg or BlackRock Aladdin
- Excellent team player with a proven track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders & team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize competing demands
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, such as SEC rules, and best practices related to trade processing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
