As an Associate in Business Management , you will optimize business performances by helping to promote and drive key initiatives and act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with FP&A to drive and oversee an optimal global and regional reporting infrastructure covering pipeline, executive management reporting, loading & productivity analysis to provide actionable insights and facilitate business decision making. Scale through automation using Alteryx, Tableau and other approved tools.
  • Perform a) competitor analysis and monitor trends globally using coalition datasets, b) business analytics around market expansion and product cross sell , c) client level analytics, translating data into clear narratives that help business identify gaps and areas of opportunity
  • Support development of executive-level materials across a range of forums, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Strategy Reviews, All Hands meetings, Townhalls, Offsites, and ad-hoc management updates
  • Organize Large complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects , managing and delivering key work-streams and driving next steps
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with Global team members , looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Central point of contact for Regional Business Managers globally (APAC, EMEA, Western Hemisphere).

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics
  • Minimum 3 years prior experience in finance, business management or related roles
  • Advanced proficiency in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to work with high degree of independence and deliver within tight timelines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Working knowledge of data analytics, automation and design tools like, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview
  • Ability to work with large datasets using
  • Problem solving and forward looking mindset to recommend and drive solutions
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
