As a Vice President, Business Execution Lead in Chase Wealth Management, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of key initiatives that support the Chase Wealth Management business. You will work across product, technology, and business teams to ensure priorities are executed effectively, risks are managed, and outcomes are delivered. While the role is execution-focused, it requires the ability to understand the broader business context, connect work to strategic objectives, and help shape the path forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of business initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Translate priorities into clear implementation plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Partner across product, technology, and business teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively manage them to resolution
- Track progress against goals and ensure delivery against timelines and business outcomes
- Apply a strategic lens to execution - understanding the “why” behind initiatives and adjusting approach as needed
- Communicate updates, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
- Support large-scale organizational and technology-driven initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business execution, or consulting
- Proven ability to drive implementation of complex initiatives across large organizations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Understanding of financial services and wealth management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrate background in corporate strategy, management consulting, or project management
- Apply knowledge of Chase Wealth Management, Global Wealth Management, and/or Consumer Banking business models
- Utilize understanding of organization structure and performance metrics
- Lead projects with a focus on business outcomes
- Guide teams through complex business challenges
- Execute initiatives that support firm-wide goals
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership
