As a Client Onboarding Implementation Associate within Chase Merchant Services Operations and Client Support & Implementations, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction related to boarding requirements and data entry into Merchant Services systems and applications.

Position Summary
|
JPMorgan Chase is seeking highly talented candidates for full-time positions in our Chase Merchant Services (CMS) Operations and Client Support & Implementations (CS&I). The Client Onboarding Implementation Associate is a client facing role responsible for ensuring client satisfaction related to boarding requirements and data entry into Merchant Services systems and applications. The Associate is accountable for all on-boarding efforts, issues, and navigating the organization processes on behalf of the client and provider groups. The Associate needs to be highly organized, have a strong client presence with superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as problem solving skills, strong leadership capabilities and client first attitude..

Job responsibilities
|
- Excellent Client-Facing skills with objective of facilitating all onboarding activities with a sense of urgency
Oversee the entire client implementation process, ensuring seamless onboarding and resolving complex merchant issues.
Maintain knowledge of procedures, policies, and products; adhere to quality control for client boarding and maintenance.
Provide feedback to management to improve service delivery and assist in large conversions or complex boarding events.
Manage multiple priorities under pressure with minimal supervision to meet business objectives.
Coordinate and update setup forms, documentation, and solutions; create and update job aids and conduct training.
Exhibit initiative and achieve goals in an unstructured environment, managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Facilitate onboarding activities with urgency, managing client expectations and supporting a diverse, team-oriented climate.
Oversee escalation concerns, demonstrate professional interpersonal skills, and ensure accurate data entry.
Manage ad-hoc projects, lead presentations, and support organizational operations and business segments.
Facilitate all onboarding activities with urgency, managing client expectations regarding boarding documents, activities, and go-live dates.
Support a diverse and inclusive climate; coordinate with peers and internal partners with a team-oriented mindset.
Demonstrate superior professional interpersonal skills with all stakeholders.
Ensure attention to detail for accurate data entry into related systems.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
|
- Lead and achieve goals via influence over non-direct resource assignments
- Proven high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating ability to work in unstructured environment
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel, PowerPoint tools, Customer Relationship Management tools, PeopleSoft and general system navigation
- Proven ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
- Ability to balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in pursuit of business objectives

Knowledge and Experience
|
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, with a minimum 1 year in financial services or financial services consulting
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent end-to-end problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and positively influence and lead others.
- Strong time management, project management, change management and organizational skills
- Ability to interact productivity with colleagues at all levels
