In this role you will be facing different challenges such as out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well. Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking. And, strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined.
- Work closely with other Operational internal teams and infrastructure groups to support a ‘one team approach’. Partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently.
- Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved with a client-oriented focus.
- Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from internal/external clients as well as internal teams.
- Complete projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy client and business needs.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution by coordinating with relevant internal teams as necessary.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Advanced English, clear communication skills and an ability to use these to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge, as appropriate.
- Great team player able to work in a pressurized and changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other teams.
- Sense of urgency, accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
- Strong client focus and orientation; and experience in customer service is mandatory.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow prioritization criteria and consistently meet tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in related businesses is a plus.
