Job summary

As a Finance Operations Specialist, Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) within Chase Travel team, you manage day-to-day sales reporting support for travel agencies by reviewing reports, reconciling discrepancies, and updating records to keep settlement activity accurate and complete. You investigate missing documents and variances, apply corrections in sales reporting tools, and communicate clearly with travel agents to resolve invoice and ticketing questions. You work with urgency and attention to detail to help the team meet reporting deadlines and maintain reliable data for accounting and operational needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Process voids, refunds, commission updates, and exchange ticket corrections in ARC and the industry reporting system (IAR/TRAMS).
  • Review daily/periodic ARC reports to identify missing documents and data discrepancies.
  • Reconcile reporting variances by validating source documentation and confirming accurate transaction details.
  • Correct records in TRAMS and/or IAR databases until discrepancies are fully resolved.
  • Research miscellaneous charge orders (MCOs) to confirm usage and availability.
  • Support travel agents by researching invoices and responding to reporting and settlement questions.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and follow-ups to ensure consistent tracking and repeatable processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in finance operations, accounting operations, or accounts receivable functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • Ability to reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and apply accurate corrections with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-volume operations environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and travel agents.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in the travel industry (agency or travel management environment).
  • Experience using IAR and TRAMS for travel sales reporting and settlement support.
  • Working knowledge of airline/ticketing workflows (e.g., exchanges, refunds, memos) and how they impact reporting.
