In our Fund Services Operations team, you will sharpen your skills in fund administration, build connections across global teams, and play a visible role in how we serve our clients. As a Client Service Associate II on the Service Delivery team, you will partner with Fund Services Operations teams across regions and client-facing teams to uphold service delivery standards and meet service-level agreement commitments. You will manage client change requirements, onboard new clients, and protect existing relationships by delivering efficient, market-leading service. You will serve as the primary escalation point for clients, requiring broad fund accounting knowledge and proven client management experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Act as the main operational contact for clients across all fund services products, building trust through clear and responsive communication.
  • Ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time, providing regular updates to keep all parties informed.
  • Track and report key performance indicators to senior leadership, helping prioritize and resolve client issues quickly.
  • Manage client change requests from start to finish — including system upgrades, process updates, and organizational shifts — while keeping disruption to a minimum.
  • Lead the operational onboarding of new business, ensuring a smooth experience for clients from day one.
  • Review exceptions in client reporting and escalate potential problems early to support timely resolution.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in fund administration, financial reporting, global custody, and/or auditing.
  • Strong understanding of fund services operations, including fund accounting, financial reporting, transfer agency, and alternative investments.
  • Demonstrated client service experience with a customer-first mindset focused on high-quality delivery and responsiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate operational challenges clearly to business and operations stakeholders.
  • Flexible team player who maintains a positive attitude and high performance in demanding, time-sensitive environments.
  • Experience with AI tools, Alteryx, and other automation platforms, with a continuous improvement mindset to drive process enhancements.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Chartered Accountant qualification
