  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to downstream teams and clients, helping resolve questions and data-related challenges.
  • Ensure proper controls are in place to reduce financial risk, and implement and monitor procedures to maintain adherence to those controls.
  • Partner and collaborate with teams across regions to maintain a consistent and effective global operating model.
  • Resolve client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Contribute to ongoing development and refinement of operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.

  • Inquisitive and analytical mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and a strong awareness of risk.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both within a team and across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, able to identify pain points and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to analyze, mine, and query data to develop solutions and drive efficiencies.
  • Flexibility to work staggered shifts and on public holidays, as the team covers the Asia Pacific region.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Alteryx, Jira, or Confluence.
