As an Asset Servicing and Transaction Processing Manager II within JPMorgan Chase, you will lead a team responsible for processing mandatory corporate actions, client entitlements, and related cash and stock movements. You will ensure control checkpoints are completed on time, transactions are processed accurately, and beneficiary disclosure reporting is produced and delivered as required. You will collaborate with key partners to support smooth client transitions and strengthen the operating environment. You will also identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and support projects and regulatory change initiatives.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead daily processing for mandatory corporate actions, including entitlements, cash and stock disbursements, and beneficiary holdings disclosure reporting.
  • Ensure timely completion of control checkpoints, reconciliations, and transaction processing to meet deadlines and standards.
  • Review procedures and update processes to reduce risk and improve the operating environment.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Client Service, Product, Relationship Management, and other stakeholders to support smooth transitions.
  • Analyze complex data to identify anomalies and drive effective, risk‑aware resolutions.
  • Manage high volumes of queries and escalations, providing clear updates on status and deadlines.
  • Produce and review performance metrics and reporting to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements, including automation opportunities.
  • Support client‑driven and regulatory change initiatives, including participation in projects and deliverables.
  • Coach and support team members to maintain quality, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, controls, and technical standards in all activities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum three years of industry experience with proven day‑to‑day operations processing experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple process changes and enhancement initiatives.
  • Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills to address complex issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet deadlines and shared goals.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to manage competing deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to validate inputs, identify exceptions, and maintain high accuracy in outputs.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment, with the initiative to lead change and enhance controls.
  • Proven experience driving process enhancement initiatives using digital tools across teams or regions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in custody or investment bank asset servicing (income or corporate actions) is preferred.
  • Experience performing UAT testing for new or enhanced applications.
  • Knowledge of market processes and requirements related to corporate actions and asset servicing.

  • Exposure to automation or analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath).
  • Experience producing operational metrics and management reporting.
  • Prior experience managing client transitions or operational change deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders on control enhancements.
