As an Executive Director, Wealth Management Partnership Program Lead, you will lead the team responsible for managing client transfers end-to-end (intake through finalization), setting standards and ensuring strong execution. This role requires the ability to synthesize complex, nuanced client scenarios into clear, decision-ready summaries, paired with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and sound judgment when navigating sensitive matters impacting clients and advisors.
Job Responsibilities
- Guide program strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Wealth Management Partnership Program, including program scope, operating model, success measures (client experience, flows, revenue, assets), and continuous improvement priorities.
- Provide leadership and oversight for the team that executes and tracks client transfers, ensuring consistent case handling, timely turnaround, and high-quality documentation.
- Own enterprise governance by establishing/leading senior forums to drive prioritization, escalation, risk assessments, policy adherence, and cross-business coordination across Chase Wealth Management, JPMorgan Advisors, and the Private Bank.
- Ensure consistent, controlled transfer execution: oversee transfer intake, documentation, review, classification confirmation, and finalization processes; identify gaps and drive remediation.
- Oversee economic/revenue share processes: ensure accurate tracking, review, submission into incentive systems, and coordination with Finance and Controllers to execute economic arrangements across channels.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights: provide clear updates on program performance (flows, revenue, assets), emerging trends, and key risks; translate complex casework into easily understood narratives for senior leadership.
- Embed robust controls and confidentiality standards: maintain a strong controls mindset, ensure appropriate handling of highly sensitive client/advisor information, and apply strong judgment to make sound decisions on sensitive topics.
- Drive process excellence: identify operational pain points, streamline workflows, improve documentation standards, and implement scalable process improvements to enhance client experience and business outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team: hire, coach, and develop talent; set clear expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability across program execution and oversight.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess 12+ years of financial services experience in wealth management; client-facing/advisor-facing experience
- Demonstrate success leading large-scale, multi-year programs with complex stakeholder environments and measurable outcomes.
- Understand wealth management advisor workflows, field operating models, and regulatory expectations in a controlled environment.
- Lead teams executing operational programs with high volumes, sensitivity, and accountability.
- Assess and synthesize complex, nuanced scenarios into clear, concise, decision-ready summaries.
- Apply exceptional attention to detail with a strong controls mindset; handle confidential information with discretion.
- Communicate policy and process clearly and concisely with outstanding written and verbal skills and executive presence.
- Make sound decisions on sensitive matters impacting clients, advisors, and business outcomes.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Apply background in operations, program management, and/or process improvement (e.g., lean process improvement, workflow redesign, control enhancements).
- MBA preferred
