Join Drive the Future program if you are a student or near graduation . This is a part-time intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence.

During the program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment. Also, you will have the opportunity to work for up to two years, explore our firm, gain hands-on work experience, expand your network and relationships, and develop skills applicable to any career. We have also programs available in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Panama.

As a markets and trading intern you will be the right hand of the trading team in all issues of risk control and monitoring markets. The position will give you the opportunity to learn about different financial products and therefore enrich the knowledge on topics as FX, Bonds and derivatives.

Job responsabilites:

  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of information relevant to the Trading desk, including financial statemnets, market data, macroeconomic and financial statistics, and market summaries.
  • Prepare key inputs and operational materials to support the trading desk day-to-day activities and decision making process.
  • Reconcile and report daily front office Risk and PnL metric ensuring accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Students of Economics, Business Managment, Engineering (since 7th cycle).
  • Graduation expected in between May 2027 to December 2027.
  • Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Part-time availability (30hs per week).
  • Availability to work in Lima, Peru.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Package.
  • Knowledge on credit,Corporate finance, and derivative topics.
  • Self motivation, entrepreneurship, creativity and strong work ethic are a must.
