As an Analyst within Asia Fixed Income / Fixed Income Finance Middle Office team, you will serve as a vital resource for the front office and client-facing stakeholders. You'll act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and operations. Your role includes the investigation of inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, trade reconciliations, trade settlement queries and the fundamental understanding of our trading platforms and systems. Lastly, you must be able to provide and communicate solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Support trade orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless flow to subsequent back-office systems.
  • Develop and utilize knowledge of market products to understand each deal and contribute to the optimization of our trading platform.
  • Develop and apply automation technologies to support trade processing, including settlements, profit and loss, and confirmations.
  • Participate in change management initiatives actively, leveraging resources to minimize disruption and facilitate successful transitions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies in processes and proposing solutions based on data analysis.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Relevant experience in Trade Support / Operations / Middle Office related roles within the Financial Services industry.
  • Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in trading services, specifically in order execution and trade settlement.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Trade Support / Operations / Middle Office related roles within the Financial Services industry.
