Senior Associate - Program Execution

As a senior associate-Program Execution within the Firmwide Chief Data Office, you support the delivery of enterprise data initiatives from initiation through transition and go-live. You partner with program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate planning, track requirements, run governance routines, and monitor delivery progress. You help create clear, executive-ready communications and reporting that improve transparency, decision-making, and outcomes. You contribute to modernization of data management and governance practices and help teams deliver on regulatory-related commitments where applicable.
You will work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where strong organization, judgment, and communication are essential. Success in this role requires comfort operating across multiple workstreams, translating complex updates into concise narratives, and proactively surfacing risks and dependencies.
Job responsibilities
- Coordinate program governance routines, including agendas, materials, meeting notes, action items, and decision tracking.
- Maintain risk, assumption, issue, and dependency logs; surface roadblocks early and escalate through program leadership when appropriate.
- Prepare program reporting and metrics, including milestone tracking, test readiness tracking, and go-live checklists.
- Draft clear status updates and executive-ready materials for senior stakeholder forums.
- Improve program management practices through knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
- Enhance program management office capabilities for large initiatives, including governance cadence, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain and improve standardized processes, tools, templates, and documentation repositories.
- Gather, synthesize, document, and track requirements; support prioritization with program and product leads.
- Partner with product and technology teams to support solution design discussions; track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Five years of relevant experience in program management, project management, program management office support, business operations, consulting, or product delivery.
- Experience supporting governance and delivery for cross-functional initiatives in a large, complex organization.
- Working knowledge of delivery methodologies and practices, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Project or comparable program tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver under tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with sound judgment on when to escalate.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience or knowledge related to data management, data governance, data platforms, or data architecture.
- Experience working in regulated environments and supporting delivery of regulatory-related commitments.
- Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree.
