As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer & Community Banking, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience delivering product outcomes in complex, regulated environments, ideally with exposure to financial services and wealth management-adjacent workflows.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and customer relationship management capabilities (for example, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Lightning Scheduler, or comparable capabilities).
  • Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development framework; JIRA experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements (including user stories and acceptance criteria) and maintain strong backlog hygiene within assigned scope.
  • Strong prioritization and trade-off management skills within an assigned problem area, including raising issues and recommending sequencing changes based on delivery realities and user impact.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and build consensus in a matrixed organization, paired with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, problem-solve with limited guidance, and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience supporting delivery of advisor, client service, servicing, or operations platforms where workflow efficiency, service quality, and compliance are critical.
  • Experience contributing to cross-system customer relationship management capabilities that integrate across channels and downstream systems, with strong focus on operational readiness and controls alignment.
  • Experience operating across regions and time zones with structured stakeholder management, clear documentation, reliable follow-through, and familiarity applying AI-enabled capabilities to customer relationship management and servicing workflows in a practical, responsible, measurable way.
