J.P. Morgan Wealth Management – Regional Support Lead - Vice President – [Troy, MI]
As a Regional Support Lead in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will promote the execution of key strategies and tactics that focus on growth and a world class client experience.
Reporting to the Divisional Strategy & Support Manager and aligned with a Regional Director – Wealth and serve as a liaison to the Market Directors-Wealth, driving the execution of key strategies and tactics that focus on growth and a world class client experience. You will collaborate with key partners across the Wealth Management business and One Chase partnerships. This role requires flexibility, and the ability to work in an environment operating at a rapid pace
Job responsibilities
· Reporting to a Regional Director- Wealth, provide day-to-day support, drive and track regional focus on Investment growth plans across markets
· Partner with Divisional Strategy and Support Manager to assist in the coordination, implementation, and messaging of key business initiatives
· Partner with the Regional Director of Wealth to track and drive execution on strategic initiatives across all markets
· Partner with Market Directors of Wealth to support Advisor performance and development through onboarding and training, and periodic in field workshops to improve Advisor effectiveness and expertise
· You will identify opportunities to develop and deliver action plans, best practices and people objectives across the region and within markets
· Partner with Divisional support team to assist in the coordination, implementation and messaging of key business initiatives
· Coordinate with the Business Manager to drive scorecard results, coordination business review plans content as well as meet staffing targets, with a focus on Advisor recruitment and attrition tracking
· Focus on the Employee Experience; coordinate with Culture Council to understand and implement opportunities and recommendations to drive engagement and support approach to regional and local event planning
· Serve as proxy in Regional Director of Wealth’s absence
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 3 years proven experience leading projects and working with business leaders in a client-focused environment
- Innovative thinker able to drive engagement with peers and partners
- Creates a climate of collaboration in which people want to do their best; motivates and empowers others by inviting input from each person and sharing ownership and visibility
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Wealth Management and with other One Chase partners i.e. Consumer, Home Lending and Business Banking
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Working knowledge of Wealth and/or investment product and technology acumen
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
