J.P. Morgan Payments is seeking a dynamic, strategic Vice President, Product Marketing to lead product marketing for a key Treasury Services Payments product line. In this high-impact role, you will own the positioning and messaging that clearly communicates our differentiated value to Treasury Services clients and prospects.
As the Vice President, Global Product Marketing Lead Treasury Services in Treasury Services, you will partner closely with leaders across Treasury Services (TS), Product, Strategy, and Commercialization to develop compelling client-ready narratives and materials that articulate benefits, outcomes, and proof points.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities. Synthesize competitive intelligence and user research to sharpen differentiation and positioning.
- Serve as the Treasury Services (TS) payments SME—maintain deep knowledge of client needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends; identify product gaps and opportunities for innovation.
- Own and continually refine the TS payments positioning and messaging framework across client/prospect segments and buyer personas. Create clear, differentiated value propositions by product/solution.
- Own customer-facing messaging across website product pages and partner landing pages. Partner with Growth Marketing on SEO alignment and conversion-focused CTAs.
- Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to validate claims, manage disclosures, and secure approvals; apply payments regulations and standards to ensure compliant messaging.
- Lead naming and packaging for TS products/solutions in partnership with Product and Strategy to ensure clarity, consistency, and market impact.
- Strategize and partner w/ channel marketers on go-to-market strategies for new and existing payments solutions across direct and partner channels, ensuring strong market fit and differentiated positioning.
- Enable integrated campaigns with segment insights, positioning, and proof points; ensure message consistency and provide key content inputs. Advise on onboarding, activation, cross-sell, and upsell programs to drive adoption and expansion.
- Partner with Commercialization and Marketing to inform compelling client-facing narratives and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Commercialization, Operations, and Marketing to deliver seamless launches and sustain market success.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market, or related experience, ideally in payments, B2B technology, SaaS, or financial services; Experience launching and scaling products through partner and direct channels; strong narrative and enablement portfolio.
- Proven experience developing clear and compelling value propositions that clearly differentiate our offering and communicate the superiority of our solutions.
- Experience defining segmentation, personas, and buying journeys to enable precise audience targeting for marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
