As an Asset Services Specialist within Asset Services, you will support clients globally through accurate corporate actions and income processing and disciplined risk management. You will contribute to secure service solutions by partnering across operations and risk teams to resolve issues and maintain strong controls. You will grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment through exposure to evolving markets, products, and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action payments received from agents and depositories accurately and on time
  • Perform supervisory checks and complete daily operations signoffs
  • Maintain business continuity and concentration plans, ensuring they are tested in line with bank policy and understood by staff
  • Serve as a focal point for issue planning and crisis review situations, providing timely technical assessments to support production demands
  • Own issues related to the Asset Services department and escalate them promptly to operational and risk leads
  • Apply working knowledge of the asset servicing lifecycle, including corporate actions and income, to support day-to-day execution

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Bring 2+ years of experience in a similar asset servicing or operations role
  • Demonstrate operational subject matter expertise in reconciliation, settlements, and trade support
  • Apply asset servicing, custody, and risk and control experience to support well-controlled execution
  • Adapt to an ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes
  • Prioritize workloads effectively while working to critical deadlines
  • Exhibit ownership and accountability for operational and project deliverables with a proven track record
  • Communicate confidently across written and verbal channels with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Reconcile cash and stock breaks received from the market
  • Action high-risk and high-value breaks daily and highlight them appropriately

  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies that support process improvement and operational excellence.
