As an Asset Services Analyst within Asset Services, you will manage risk and support capital markets activity by delivering accurate, timely corporate actions processing for clients globally. You will contribute to secure service solutions by partnering across operations and risk functions to resolve issues and maintain strong controls. You will grow your expertise in a dynamic environment through exposure to new markets, products, and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute accurate and timely completion of mandatory and voluntary corporate action payments received from agents and depositories
- Conduct supervisory checks and complete daily operations signoffs
- Maintain business continuity and concentration plans, ensuring they are tested in accordance with bank policy and understood by all staff
- Coordinate issue planning and crisis review activities, providing rapid assessments to support time-sensitive production demands
- Own departmental issues and escalate them in a timely manner to operational and risk leads
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Demonstrate good understanding of the asset servicing lifecycle, including corporate actions and income
- Apply 2+ years of experience in a similar asset servicing or operations role
- Leverage operational subject matter expertise in reconciliation, settlements, and trade support
- Utilize asset servicing, custody, and risk and control experience to support well-controlled execution
- Adapt to an ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes
- Prioritize workloads effectively while working to critical deadlines with strong risk and control awareness
- Exhibit ownership and accountability for operational and project deliverables with a proven track record
- Communicate confidently in writing and verbally with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Reconcile cash and stock breaks received from the market
- Action high-risk and high-value breaks daily and highlight exceptions appropriately

- Demonstrate developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
