In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:
- Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well.
- Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking.
- Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.
And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:
- Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined.
- Work closely with other Operational teams and infrastructure groups to support a ‘one team approach’. Partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently.
- Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved with a client-oriented focus.
- Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from internal/external clients as well as internal teams.
- Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations).

- Great team player able to work in a pressurized and changing environment.
- Advanced English, clear communication skills and an ability to use these to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge, as appropriate.
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
- Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus.
- Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and
investigate issues - Problem solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions with the sense of urgency
required - Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage
between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined - Great sense of teamwork and proactive skills are well received
- Previous experience dealing with clients (is preferred)
- Alteryx/Tableau and any other Intelligent Solutions programs are a plus
- BA or BS degree preferred (preferably in Economics)
