What you’ll do:
- Own the full-cycle sales process (inbound supplemented by outbound)
- Build pipeline by prospecting while fostering strong personal relationships with potential clients
- Attend industry events and build client relationships
- Listen to the needs of the market and share feedback with product and marketing teams
- Leverage your skills and your customers’ experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process
- Be a product expert across our platform and understand the competitive landscape
- Navigate multi-level decision making processes and have the gravitas to present effectively to executives
- Utilize tech stack to enhance, manage, and track deal velocity (ZoomInfo, Gong, Hubspot, etc)
You should have...
- At least 5 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in HR Tech specifically
- A proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals ranging from five to six figures with an average deal size of $50,000
- Excelled in startup environments and love working at startups
- "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
- Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team
- Excellent at challenger and value selling skills
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle including hunting, developing, qualifying, and closing new business
Compensation:
- Salary: $90k-$110k base, $180k-$220k OTE
- Equity: .01% - 0.02%
