We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join one of our fastest-moving, most experimental pods. This team is focused on using recognition data to surface organizational insights through AI.
You’ll work closely with PMs, engineers, and researchers to quickly shape and test ideas. It’s a highly collaborative team where roles blend and evolve — designers write prompts, engineers use AI to prototype, and everyone contributes to shaping what gets built. Here, design isn’t downstream from strategy — it leads the way.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely across the organization — working with customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure every feature is grounded in a clear value story, supported by strong enablement, and aligned with how we go to market. Design at Bonusly isn’t just about user experience; it’s a strategic function that helps connect product decisions to real-world impact.
In this role, you will:
- Lead design strategy and execution within a fast-paced, AI-focused product pod
- Shape and ship new product features from zero to one using a refined Shape Up methodology
- Design elegant, intuitive user experiences that balance customer delight with business outcomes
- Collaborate deeply with engineers, researchers, and PMs to rapidly test ideas and deliver high-quality work
- Explore and experiment with AI tools (Examples: Figma Make, Magic Patterns, v0, Play Play, …)
- Ensure every feature has a clear value story — how it connects GTM strategy to end-user impact
- Participate in high-level product thinking, bringing a design lens to prioritization, experimentation, and market fit
- Contribute to and help evolve Bonusly’s design system, UX principles, and overall product expression
- Be a key culture builder in our design practice — someone who elevates the work of those around them
You're a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in SaaS or consumer-grade B2B environments
- Can show us a portfolio that demonstrates strong UX/UI design, product thinking, and storytelling
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where cross-functional collaboration and clarity are key
- Are curious and capable with modern design tooling and emerging AI design workflows (or excited to learn fast)
- Are familiar with or interested in Shape Up by 37signals or similar iterative delivery models
- Think beyond pixels — you understand the systems, tradeoffs, and downstream implications of design decisions
- Obsess over making complex things feel effortless for users
- Are energized by ambiguity and able to frame problems, generate ideas, and ship value quickly
- Care deeply about the product experience and love building things people genuinely want to use
- Have been called a “culture carrier” — you make the people and teams around you better
Bonus points for:
- Experience in HR tech or performance/engagement tools
- Shipped AI-powered products (not just prototypes)
- Startup background and comfort with ambiguity
- Track record of measuring design impact post-launch
- Deep craft across disciplines — from PM to UXR, code, or brand design
Compensation & Equity
- Salary Range: $125,000 – $170,000 (depending on experience and level)
- Equity Range: 0.05% – 0.11%
- Competitive benefits, fully remote, with occasional travel for in-person collaboration
