Bonusly is seeking a Senior Product Manager that wants to be part of a high-growth company thriving in the rapidly evolving employee experience space. Senior Product Managers at Bonusly are accountable for ensuring solutions are both valuable (our customers choose to buy or use them) and viable (the solution works within the business's many constraints). They live on the ground floor by talking to users, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information, and making decisions about which problems or opportunities are the highest priority to pursue. Product Managers strategically craft the vision of the solution needed and how it fits into the overall product, and tactically ensure smooth execution of that solution.

- Own an area of the product, driving discovery, owning execution, and creating positive outcomes for both our customers and the business.
- Regularly speak directly with prospective, current, and former customers to understand and empathize with their jobs to be done.
- Use Bonusly’s vision and strategy as a frame to evaluate opportunities, solve problems, and ideate with your team about what to build, change, or remove.
- Use a product-led growth mindset to connect leading product metrics back to business outcomes, and prioritize the highest leverage opportunities to move both of those needles.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to validate desirability, usability, feasibility, and viability of product ideas.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure prospective and current customers get the most value possible from what you team launches into the market.
- Evangelize the work done and outcomes created by your team, both internally and externally.
💚 You’re a great fit if you…
- Have 3+ years experience as a Senior Product Manager working on externally-facing functionality at a software company
- Have launched, adapted, and scaled multiple features and products in a highly competitive market.
- Think and speak in terms of outcomes created, instead of outputs shipped
- Understand and buy into continuous product discovery and delivery, as opposed to big bang, pre-defined projects.
- Can tactfully say “no” to ideas that aren’t aligned with the vision and strategy, or outcomes your team or the company are trying to achieve.
- Are open to ideas from others that you hadn’t thought of personally that might be aligned with what we’re trying to accomplish.
- Are passionate about our product and the possibilities in the employee experience market

Compensation
- Target Base: $127,000 - $172,000
