Bonusly is looking for a VP of Engineering. Reporting directly to our CEO and sitting on our Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the team that is responsible for delivering our #1 rated employee recognition solution, as well as building out new products and features for performance enablement.

- Build a team and implement scalable processes that enable rapid, predictable, and dependable delivery of customer value
- Intentionally design and iterate team topology, crafting an organization that fosters collaboration and innovation, minimizes conflicts and dependencies, and aligns teams more closely with business and technical objectives
- Work closely with the VP Product and executive leadership team to define Company, Product, and Technology strategies, objectives, and key results
- Foster a "culture of delivery" in the engineering organization with which the team consistently delivers software that matches requirements, when they say they will, and to high-quality level standards
- Attract, retain, and develop great people into a top-flight engineering organization by clearly articulating the jobs to be done, cultivating career progression, and rewarding contributions
- Evaluate the current state of your architecture so as to remove bottlenecks, address constraints and to set your teams up to work independently from each other
💯 You should apply if you...
- Have led an engineering organization of at least 20 people at a venture-backed technology company
- Have at least 5 years of engineering leadership experience (Director/VP+)
- Have built and managed highly effective offshore engineering teams
- Led an organization responsible for delivering a SaaS product line that garnered extremely high (50+) NPS scores and drove product-led revenue growth
- Have scaled an engineering organization and tech stack while maintaining a high level of quality and rapid pace of delivery
- Prioritize transparent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity of business goals and alignment on the strategies & tactics that will be employed to achieve them

- Base Salary: $230,000
- Merit Bonus: DOE
- Equity Range: DOE
