Who You Are

As a DevOps Engineer at Claravine, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our systems, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Scale Up Production & Development Environments

  • Scale our infrastructure reliably and cost effectively with our growing traffic.
  • Provide support to developers in configuring secure development environments.
  • Assist in the ownership and enhancement of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficiency and security.
  • Maintain and improve Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) deployments for scalability and security.
  • Perform regular patching and updating of infrastructure to maintain secure environments.
  • Assist with the maintenance of SOC2 controls, conducting periodic audits and checks to maintain compliance.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and implement remediation plans.
  • Work with engineers to provide tooling and enhance developer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years proven experience in DevOps.
  • 2+ years of experience in Go, Python or related
  • 2+ years of experience with Cloud services (AWS a plus), RDS, Terraform, EKS, Kuberbetes, K8s Operators, Keda, Helm, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, or related.
  • 2+ years of experience with Version Control managed CI/CD configuration (CircleCI, ArgoCD, Gitlab, Github Actions, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with ML Ops is a plus.
  • Experience with SOC2 compliance and audit procedures are a plus.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Security) are a plus.

The starting salary range for this role begins at $92,000.00 annually and is commensurate upon experience.
