We Are Hiring

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Claravine digital presence, driving website optimization, managing content and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified pipeline. This role includes managing SEO, email nurture programs and developing engaging content for thought leadership and social media.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update website content that is aligned with business objectives while ensuring relevance and brand voice.
  • Build and optimize automated marketing workflows and lifecycle lead nurture sequences
  • Segment audiences and develop targeted content for each stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement across digital channels. Implement A/B Testing to optimize landing pages and increase conversion rates downfunnel.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media, including engaging with relevant influencers, providing content for executive leadership, and identifying opportunities for thought leadership.

Experience

  • 3-5 years working experience in digital marketing, 1-2 years in lifecycle marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Hubspot to plan and execute marketing automation programs at scale.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage cross-functional relationships .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results.
  • Thorough understanding of the advertising and marketing technology landscape.

The starting base salary for this role begins at $80,000.00 annually and is commensurate upon experience.
